The basic method we use is a team-work controlled by means of a detailed time-schedule, which is arranged according to the parameters of the respective order. Our Company co-operates both with a range of external co-workers and firms, and in particular cases, also with employees of our clients and with selected top specialists in solving partial issues of the order, respectively. |

our orders are being carried out according to a detailed time schedule,
which respects mutually agreed requirements for the inputs, outcomes and
price of the order and which forms a part of the contract with our client. We do not make garments – we create tailored solutions. Of course, our Company is also able to carry out routine orders such as registration of tangible assets in the course of periodical stocktaking, audio-visual documentation of tangible assets, stocks, art collections, monitoring of activities of regional branches, and documentation of insurance policy covered incidents. In order to be able to offer our clients better than usual speed of implementation of inventory of tangible assets without the necessity of making complications to their companies operations or delay them, our Company use methods based on progressive technology. While making inventory, our Company also use, besides the usual forms of record, voice comments, which are subsequently evaluated and verified in writing. In addition to written and voice records we also make photographs and video documentation that are incorporated into the database. |

According to the requirements for the speed of carrying out the inventory and in order to avoid mistakes, which might occur when the inventoried objects is moved, our Company carries out the inventory of some assets selectively at multiple places at the same time. Coupled with a standard modular system of the registered assets description, this allows us to elucidate many disproportion and ambiguities resulting from the comparison of the registration and physical state of the registered tangible assets. |

developing our software applications and interactive digital plans and
topographical schemes our Company employs both data and plans provided by
our clients and drawings
and plan revisions made by our Company itself. In most cases, our Company
only adds changes and matters found in the comparison with actual
conditions into current plans and schemes and also adds photo
and video documentation. Video, audio and textual data, which pertain to particular rooms or areas (in the interactive plans), our Company takes over from our clients or can create them, according to client’s instructions if they are missing. Textual data may be fixed or editable – i.e. records on particular rooms or areas may be changed and complemented during the use the particular SW application. |
