The article is trying to illuminate why from economic view a concrete resources e.g. infrastructure, technical development and employment, present different phenomena’s. It analyses basic economic structure (resources structures, reserves, goods and markets) how by return affect character of resources themselves. All the framework was transmit to mathematical matrix
